Ownership

This demonstration, including its design, layout, code and editorial content, is the intellectual property of ONKA INC.

Permitted use

It is provided to you for evaluation and discussion only. You may view it and share it within your organisation for the purpose of evaluating working with ONKA INC.

Prohibited use

You may not copy it, redistribute it publicly, pass it to another agency or developer, or use it in whole or in part as the basis for a substantially similar website, without the prior written permission of ONKA INC.

Client marks

Names, logos and trade marks appearing in a demonstration remain the property of their respective owners. ONKA INC. claims no rights in them.

No warranty

A demonstration is provided as is, for illustration. It is not a delivered product and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
