They do not replace agreements governing paid client engagements.

Client projects may be governed by separate agreements, including:

Master Services Agreement
Statement of Work
Change Order
Maintenance and Support Agreement
Project Acceptance Form
Other applicable written agreements

Where a client agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding a client engagement, the applicable client agreement governs that engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the ONKA website and its original content, design, graphics, software, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to ONKA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
